Dear friends: Thank you for praying for my (Jeanette) trip to Scotland these last two weeks. God is good! The plane took off February 20 with snow shutting flights behind us, and despite enormous confusion in Heathrow due to their baggage conveyer being shut down, I and my luggage arrived safely in Glasgow. The two weekend (Fri-Sun) women's conferences were a real delight as was seeing what God is doing through BCM in Scotland and Eastern Europe. The conference hotel is the oldest functioning hotel in Scotland, housing Bonnie Prince Charlie among many greats. For the second weekend we had the entire hotel, and as speaker, I found myself in the 'royal suite'. Yes, canopy bed, antique furniture, etc; I felt like a princess in a movie scene! On the return, we looked outside at 5 AM to discover several inches of snow and coming down hard, very unusual for Glasgow any time of year. I didn't think we'd be taking off, but by the time we got 'down the mountain' to the airport area, it had turned to rain and was melting. We took off an hour late due to de-icing, but made it home safe. A special pleasure was to find our third son, Steve, home as well from the navy. He finished his C-school, again as valedictorian, and is shipping out to Sicily, where he will be doing another level of advanced medic training and be stationed there for up to two years. He will be home until the end of the month. We too should be off the road for awhile, Marty very busy at BCM headquarters, Jeanette finishing the next book manuscript, due in eight weeks. Meanwhile, Betrayed is in bookstores and any on-line catalog. Check out the following interview at: http://www.christianwomenonline.net/BookBuzz.htm. It has been receiving some exciting reviews. Things remain difficult in Orissa, India. Attached is a recent update and pictures. Please continue to pray for these brave and dedicated brothers and sisters in Christ. Much blessings, Marty and Jeanette Windle |

Dear prayer supporters,
Greetings to you from BCM Orissa, I am over whelmed with gratitude for
your encouragements and assurance of prayer for the Christian victims of
Orissa. The situation of
tension is under control but the Hindu fundamentalists are not agreeing
to form a peace committee at Barakahama. They are repeating the same
words that the Christians should reconvert to Hinduism otherwise they
have to leave the area and villages. In spite of much advice by the
Government officers they are not ready to listen their suggestions. The
victimized Christians are now hardly adjusting themselves in the broken
half walls and asbestos with their families, some are living like pet
animals with much congesting. They are helpless now to get a house for
their living.
We all with the affected people are grateful to BCM office Hyderabad for
their garments--clothes which they have sent for victims as relief. We
have been distributed with happy moments, while they had nothing to wear
except a single dress being put on since last Christmas day.
Pastor Dasarath Digal and a deacon Mr. Prakash are now in the jail.
Police arrested both suspecting their involvement in the anti-social
activities. Their families are now spending the sorrowful days with
their small kids, please pray for those families. The central reserve
force are still deployed in the villages and may leave the places after
15th of march 08.The school-going children have dropped their classes
and studies. All the schools are no more functioning due to frightening
of the past riot.
Please continually up hold the brethren and sisters in Christ who are
suffering for the truth as well as for the early restoration of peace
among the all people. May the gracious Lord faithfully reward you for
your fervent prayer.
Thanking you,
In His vineyards,
Pastor Nayak
